Return/Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer a full refund, less the original outbound shipping cost if your purchase included free delivery.
A 20% restocking fee will also be charged. Please note that clearance and custom products cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any product returned damaged or without proper packaging will be refused.
For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back with a traceable tracking number. Credit, minus the original shipping cost and 20% restocking fee, will be issued when the returned product is received and deemed non-defective.

If your return is accepted, you "the buyer" will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@chicsofas.ca. If the shipment is not signed for as damaged, we will be unable to process a claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items from the following Brands cannot be returned/exchanged:
- Primo International
- WHI
- !nspire
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $60 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped. if your order has not been shipped, you will have to start the return process (see above).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
